30-Day Return Policy

When shopping with Merlin&Cie, you have 30 days after receiving your order to change your mind. If you decide to return your purchase, we will refund the product price as well as the original shipping costs (based on the lowest delivery rate available on our website). We’ll also cover the return shipping costs (at the lowest applicable rate offered on our website).

By law, consumers normally have a 14-day withdrawal period for online purchases. At Merlin&Cie, we’ve chosen to extend this period to 30 days to give you more flexibility and peace of mind.

This right also applies to discounted and pre-owned items.

When Does the Return Period Start?

The 30-day period begins the day after you receive your order (for goods), or the day the service contract is confirmed (for services).

Exceptions

Some items and services cannot be returned or refunded. This includes:

  • Personalized or custom-made products — items made specifically for you.
  • Services fully completed before the end of the withdrawal period, if you have given your prior consent and waived your right to cancel.

How to Request a Return

  • Order number and date
  • The product(s) you wish to return
  • The date you received your order

We’ll confirm receipt of your request and guide you through the return process. Once we receive the item back in its original condition, we’ll issue your refund within 14 days.
